Tiffany earned her BSN from National University and started in the aesthetics industry in 2012. In 2023, she received a Masters in Nursing and became a Nurse Practitioner. She has an exceptional attention to detail, resulting in the most natural and aesthetically-pleasing outcomes. Her favorite treatments are filler for lips, cheeks and chin; Sculptra; microneedling; BBL and Moxi. Tiffany is also fluent in 3 languages.

Nurse Injector - Pacific Beach & Solana Beach
Isabel is a proud San Diego native from Torrey Pines and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson. She began her journey in medical aesthetics early in nursing school and has continued to refine her craft throughout her career, receiving advanced training with respected injectors and aesthetic mentors across Tucson, Los Angeles, and San Diego. She is currently advancing her education as a nurse practitioner student at Purdue University Global focusing on dermatology.
With a strong background in art, particularly drawing and oil painting faces and the human form, Isabel brings a sculptor’s eye and meticulous attention to detail to every treatment. Her aesthetic philosophy centers on subtle enhancements that highlight each patient’s unique features and leave them looking like the most confident version of themselves.
Outside of the clinic, you can find her taking her dogs to the beach or practicing archery. Isabel is thrilled to be part of the Glowtox team and genuinely looks forward to meeting you and helping you feel your absolute best.

A second generation San Diegan, Theodore understands how the California lifestyle, particularly years of cumulative sun exposure, can shape how the skin ages over time.
Theodore holds degrees in Biology and Nursing, a scientific foundation complemented by a practical understanding of how the human body functions. Alongside these degrees, Theodore has advanced aesthetic training and clinical certifications with leading manufacturers, including Allergan, Galderma, and Sciton.
Most recently, Theodore completed advanced training on Sciton’s BBL HEROic and MOXI laser platform, one of the industry’s leading technologies for addressing sun damage, uneven pigmentation, and changes in skin texture while stimulating collagen renewal and improving overall skin health.
His philosophy centers on a holistic, multimodal approach to aesthetic care, combining neuromodulators, laser technologies, and structural facial treatments through an anatomy driven approach to aesthetics.
For patients beginning their journey early, this approach helps preserve youthful features and slow the development of dynamic lines. For those starting later, a thoughtful combination of injectables and advanced laser therapies can help reverse visible signs of aging caused by sun exposure, collagen loss, and changes in skin tone and texture.

Michelle Marier is a highly experienced nurse practitioner with over 20 years in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the School of Nursing at San Diego State University in 2010, then spent six years working as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, where she developed strong clinical judgment and a passion for patient-centered care.
She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from California State University San Marcos in 2016, graduating magna cum laude. Michelle is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
During the first decade of her nurse practitioner career, Michelle practiced at Scripps in outpatient internal medicine and primary care. There, she gained extensive experience managing complex health conditions while emphasizing preventative care, lifestyle optimization, and long-term wellness.

Michelle has always had a passion for aesthetics and has pursued advanced training through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She is committed to ongoing education to stay at the forefront of this ever-evolving field.Her approach to aesthetics is thoughtful, personalized, and results-driven. Michelle believes in creating individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals while enhancing their natural features. She takes a comprehensive, systematic approach that includes both “prejuvenation”—preventing early signs of aging—and corrective treatments using neurotoxins, laser therapies, and medical-grade skincare.
When it comes to dermal fillers, Michelle prioritizes subtle, natural-looking results. By focusing on facial balance and restoring volume where needed, she ensures that enhancements remain refined and undetectable.

Michelle is a proud Del Mar local, devoted wife, and mother of three. Outside of her practice, she also juggles a profession as a Realtor and property developer. She has a thriving social life and enjoys spending time with her family, planning events, playing pickleball, and traveling whenever she can.

Medical Director
Dr. Chris is from San Diego California where he started his education at University of California San Diego (B.S.) and San Diego State University (MPH). He then proceeded to UCLA for medical school, UCSF for internship, and Philadelphia Drexel for anesthesia training. He then would proceed to University of Washington in Seattle for specialized training in pain medicine. Dr. Chris brings all of this knowledge and experience to make sure you have a safe and easy experience during your procedure. In his free time he likes to swim, do crossfit, and box.
